GENERAL QUESTIONS -

Q: How are the digital images displayed on your site created?
A: There is no simple answer to this question as the medium of digital art uses as many different tools as you would find brushes, pencils and various other tools in an artist's toolbox. I use whatever tools (hardware and software) necessary to achieve my goals. In general, the digital art seen on this site is of a 3d nature but in a fascinating way combines a myriad of elements from 2d art as well. The primary tools - Computer, 3D software, 2D software, paper and pencil.

Q: What is commissioned artwork?
A: Commissioned artwork is done specially upon request and not sold to any but the original purchaser - hence they are exclusive. There is a beauty to the images seen on this site and they have a unique look and style. But you may decide that rather than purchasing one of these pieces you would rather have a piece that is customized to your needs and completely unique. This is more expensive than the prints on display but depending on the complexity of the artwork they can be comparable in price. Contact me for information or request a price quote.

Q: Do you offer any other products or services, other than the artwork displayed on your site?
A: Yes, AE Studios (also owned by Andrew Moffitt) has been involved for more than ten years with the design and development of websites for anything from small-businesses to corporations with e-commerce needs. I have also done a lot of freelance 3D work and various other graphics work including - architectural renderings, cd covers, book covers/illustrations, magazine ads and much more. ORDERING QUESTIONS -

Q: Do you accept credit card orders?
A: Yes.

Q: What other forms of payment do you accept?
A: You can pay by personal check, cashier's check, cash or using PayPal. Item will be shipped when transaction is complete.

Q: How soon will my order arrive?
A: You should receive your order within 1-2 weeks with normal shipping options unless notified otherwise.

Q: Can I order sizes other than those shown on the site?
A: Yes. Additional sizes are available upon request. I want the artwork to suit your needs and display requirements.

Q: How customizable are orders?
A: My goal is to provide what you need. So, in that sense anything is customizable. If you need something specific just contact me with the details and we will work something out.

Q: Can I return an order?
A: If you are unsatisfied with a print, you may return it within seven days for a full refund. However, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Artwork must be returned in the same packaging and in good condition. You must notify me before returning an item.

Q: What about shipping?
A: Shipping (3-5 day ground) is included in the price of the artwork to keep things simple. If you require a faster or different method, that can be arranged and will affect the final cost.
